Return & Refund Policy

You can cancel an order until it has been processed for shipping. Shipment processing is generally initiated within 6-12 hours of placing an order. Please call our helpline (+91 922 913 5024) to confirm whether your order has been dispatched if you wish to cancel or amend your delivery address.

Refunds and replacements are granted for manufacturing defects and transit damages. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced free of cost if reported within 24-48 hours of delivery. Our customer support team will promptly arrange a replacement dispatch to ensure your complete satisfaction.

In eligible refund cases, the refund will be processed and the amount duly credited to the customer's original payment method or bank account within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item.
